This is what happens...

when you let your toddler dress herself.

"Maisie, it's cold outside. You need to wear a hat. Go choose a hat, and then we can go." So, she chose a hat! My fault for not being more specific about what kind of a hat, I guess.

She did get lots of compliments on it, though!
